Quality and Shipping Information

Our Goal Is Quality:
All models regardless of size are printed in a grey resin at .03 layer height. Industry-standard is .05 or .04 layer height.
We find that our lower settings produce higher detail and quality miniatures. The downside is that it takes longer to print the miniature. We believe quality is better than speed. This is why our models cost a little more.

Resin printing requires the use of supports on the model. We do our best to minimize the evidence of these supports. If you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will remedy the problem

*Filling, priming, sanding and painting is not complete. All models are physical objects that are 3d printed to order and shipped to you as a whole or in a kit (3D printed modular pieces.

Shipping Your Order:
All models are printed on demand and will come unassembled, and unpainted whenever possible. Larger pieces will wrapped in bubble wrap to minimize the chance of damage. Because we are print on demand there are can up to 72 hours for much larger models requiring multiple printing sessions. We will do everything we can to make sure that your order are printed, cleaned and cured before shipping.
